Tensor Regression and Image Fusion-Based Change Detection Using Hyperspectral and Multispectral Images

چکیده
Change detection is a popular topic in remote sensing that generally constrained to two images captured at different times. However, the optimal type of image for change tasks has not yet been determined. The use only hyperspectral (HSIs) with low spatial resolution or multispectral (MSIs) spectral cannot obtain satisfactory results. In this paper, we propose fusion simultaneously HSIs and MSIs tensor regression-based method detect regions from fused time points. method, non-local couple CP decomposition (NCTCP) initially applied fuse MSIs. A difference then obtained by subtracting Thereafter, tensors are extracted used classify final Experimental results three real datasets suggest proposed substantially outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods as well any using single-source images.

Land Cover Subpixel Change Detection using Hyperspectral Images Based on Spectral Unmixing and Post-processing
The earth is continually being influenced by some actions such as flood, tornado and human artificial activities. This process causes the changes in land cover type. Thus, for optimal management of the use of resources, it is necessary to be aware of these changes. Today’s remote sensing plays key role in geology and environmental monitoring by its high resolution, wide covering and low cost...
متن کاملEM-based Bayesian Fusion of Hyperspectral and Multispectral images
During the last two decades, the number of spectral bands in optical remote sensing technology kept growing steadily going from multispectral (MS) to hyperspectral (HS) data sets. HS images employ hundreds of contiguous spectral bands to capture and process spectral information over a range of wavelenghts, compared to the tens of discrete spectral bands used in MS images (Chang, 2003). This inc...
متن کاملAutomatic Road Detection and Extraction From MultiSpectral Images Using a New Hierarchical Object-based Method
Road detection and Extraction is one of the most important issues in photogrammetry, remote sensing and machine vision. A great deal of research has been done in this area based on multispectral images, which are mostly relatively good results. In this paper, a novel automated and hierarchical object-based method for detecting and extracting of roads is proposed. This research is based on the M...
متن کاملFusion of Panchromatic and Multispectral Images Using Non Subsampled Contourlet Transform and FFT Based Spectral Histogram (RESEARCH NOTE)
Image fusion is a method for obtaining a highly informative image by merging the relative information of an object obtained from two or more image sources of the same scene. The satellite cameras give a single band panchromatic (PAN) image with high spatial information and multispectral (MS) image with more spectral information. The problem exists today is either PAN or MS image is available fr...
متن کاملAdvances in Hyperspectral and Multispectral Image Fusion and Spectral Unmixing
In this work, we jointly process high spectral and high geometric resolution images and exploit their synergies to (a) generate a fused image of high spectral and geometric resolution; and (b) improve (linear) spectral unmixing of hyperspectral endmembers at subpixel level w.r.t. the pixel size of the hyperspectral image. We assume that the two images are radiometrically corrected and geometric...
